My Full Story
Why I Built StrongMom Balance
Hi. I’m Duachi — but most people call me Dee.
I’m a mom of two girls. A coffee-first-in-the-morning kind of woman. A golf lover. A real estate broker. An entrepreneur.
And for a long time… I was exhausted from trying to “have it all” the way everyone else defined it.

The Season That Changed Everything
There was a time when I kept starting over.
New workout plan. New routine. New “this time I’ll be consistent.” But nothing fit my real life.
I wasn’t a single 22-year-old with endless time. I was building businesses. Raising daughters. Supporting my husband. Chasing financial freedom. Trying to show up strong in every room. And somehow… my body was the one place I didn’t feel strong.
I felt powerful in boardrooms. Confident in negotiations. Grounded in motherhood. But physically? I felt behind. Out of sync. Starting over — again. That disconnect hit me hard.
The Truth No One Talks About
Most fitness programs aren’t built for women like us.
They’re built for:
90-minute gym sessions
Strict meal prep Sundays
All-or-nothing mindsets
Before-and-after culture
That’s not real life.
Real life is:
School drop-offs
Client calls
Grocery runs
Date nights
Exhaustion
Hormones
Deadlines
Marriage
Dreams
I didn’t need extreme.
I needed sustainable.
So I Built What I Couldn’t Find
I created simple 30-minute home workouts.
No gym. No perfection. No starting over every Monday.
Just structure.
Lower body. Upper body. Core. Consistency.
Something I could repeat even on busy weeks. Something that worked whether I was traveling, working late, or in full mom mode.
And slowly… I stopped chasing “skinny.” I started chasing strong. Not aesthetic strength. Real-life strength.
The kind that lets you carry groceries, your toddler, your ambition, and your boundaries at the same time.
StrongMom Balance Isn’t About Fitness
It’s about identity.
It’s for the woman who:
Wants to feel toned but not obsessed
Wants energy without burnout
Wants discipline without punishment
Wants softness and strength
You can be feminine and powerful.
You can love golf and lifting.
You can build businesses and build glutes.
You can be a present mom and still prioritize yourself.
You don’t have to choose.
That’s the lie I stopped believing.
Why This Matters So Much to Me
I’m a first-generation Hmong American daughter of refugees. I watched resilience modeled in survival form. Now I choose to model resilience in strength form.
For my daughters.
For women who are building wealth, legacy, businesses, families — and don’t want to lose themselves in the process.
StrongMom Balance is about becoming the woman your younger self would admire.
Grounded. Disciplined. Soft. Confident. Capable.
This Is Just the Beginning
What started as a simple 30-day home workout guide is becoming something bigger:
A lifestyle. A layered brand. A movement for high-capacity women who want sustainable strength.
You don’t need 6 days a week.
You don’t need punishment.
You don’t need to start over.
You need a plan that respects your real life.
And that’s exactly what I built.
If you’re here, I’m guessing you’re juggling a lot too. And you’re done choosing between ambition and wellness.
Welcome.
Let’s build strength that actually lasts.
